Welcome to our latest New Build. We took possession on 15th June (when this pic was taken). The final build will consist of 8 luxury apartments and 4 retail units with a basement for bike storage.

As of today we are now able to start sharing updates with you throughout the project. As I write this, site setup is complete, all surveys and reports have been written and documented and works are underway. Our new hoarding artwork is at the printers and will go up next week and the new kettle made it’s first cuppa last friday, much to Shane’s delight.
